Shoe Fetish

It seems as though each of my kids have had some sort of shoe fetish.
Maybe it comes with the name?
Mckenzie used to carry as many shoes as she possibly could
in her hands by their laces.
(I don't have pictures of this, but we do have video,
just not on the computer---yet.)
Sterling loves sandals!!
And that is an understatement.
He will put them on his feet in rain or snow.
(Nothing to special to take a picture of.
If you've seen him lately, you've seen his sandals.)
Tyson is our latest with a shoe fetish.
He walks through the house searching out shoes.
Our shoes work better than his,
because he can get them on himself.
"Cheese!!" in Dad's shoes.
Modeling Mckenzie's shoes.
"Don't let anyone see me wearing Mom's shoes!!"

Small Town

You might wonder why we love living in a small town.
Just two of the reasons are:
1- The Raspberry Farm
We LOVED picking . . .
and eating the raspberries!!
Look at all our raspberries!!
And the view from the raspberry farm.
2. The Pumpkin Patch
At the Pumpkin Patch, we all took a hayride out to the pumpkin patch.
We picked pumpkins.
And then went back to the barn for apple donuts. YUMMY!!
Our pumpkins at home.
(I did go prepared with the camera, but forgot to check the batteries---better luck next time.)
Check back to see what we do with all our pumpkins. :]

Soccer!!

For all you who have been waiting
(and for those who could care less)
it's our first family blog!!
And since we just finished our first season of soccer,
we decided to share some highlights with all of you.
Our soccer stars: Mckenzie and Sterling!!
Mckenzie, never scared to get into all the action.
She's one tough cookie.
Sterling liked to be with his friends,
but spent more time spinning, watching, and wrestling, than playing.
Better luck next year!! :]
Tyson couldn't decide if he wanted to sit in my chair to watch
or be out on the field playing.
And the REAL reason we played soccer:
THE TREATS!!
